An example of a positive team issue would be in a department from my school which is of theatre and I have noticed that the team members of that department have a lot of unity and they always follow a positive outlook for the students to be able to participate in more and more theatre performances and also motivates them to do better. They have a good level of teamwork as all of them have divided their work which helps them to coordinate more properly. They have a better output for their strategies and also provide satisfaction to each and every member as they provide an equal level of hard work.
